The National Prayer for Nigeria Conference, 3 July 2026

Hosted by Rhema Fire International Ministries – The Spoken Word (RFI) at the National Hospital Headquarters, Abuja, the National Prayer for Nigeria Conference brought together ministers of the Gospel, church leaders, government representatives, security personnel, professionals and believers from different denominations to unite in prayer for the nation.

The conference featured ministrations by Pastor Mike Akinrefe, representing Bishop David Abioye, Rev. Sam Oye, Pastor Gbolade Okenla and Dr Soji Bill Rose. Worship was led by Pastor Solomon Lange, Pastor Elijah Oyelade and the National Hospital Chapel Choir.

Held in partnership with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) and the Christian Lawyers Fellowship of Nigeria (CLASFON), the conference was attended by representatives of the Nigerian Army Chaplaincy, the Nigeria Police Force, the Nigerian Correctional Service, and the Defence Headquarters, represented by Major (CAN) Mo Festus, alongside members of the public. Together, participants prayed for peace, security, righteous leadership, unity and national transformation in Nigeria.
